90'S cartoon movie or show? Halloween or just scary,I can't remember. At least four stories on VHS tape that were watched. One story was about a man's front door kept opening no matter how many times he shut it and no matter how many locks he put on the door. Turns out a skeleton was buried by his house, and the skeleton wanted to be discovered so it kept opening the door and driving the man crazy! Can't remember what its called!

There was a scary cartoon in the 90s or early 2000s, may have several different episodes, where the moon tells the story? I only remember 1 episode where a skeleton is responsible for opening the front door every night no matter how many locks the owner of the house puts on. Turns out someone buried this skeleton in the owners house, and the skeleton wants to be found.
