I was given probation for 2years in a petty theft case in 2012 feb. but due to miscommunication or misunderstanding I did not registered for a probation officer till April 30th 2013. Now I registered for that a week ago. Now my questions are:

1) will the probation officer punishes for probation voilation by issuing a warrant? If so what should I do?

2) at this situation I would like to travel to my country for 3 weeks. How to make it possible without any complications?

3) If in case the probation officer doesn't give permission to travel, will the court gives permission to travel, without giving punshiment for not reporting to probation office?

4) If in case I leave the country without any permission, will my spouse & my child will be trouble if they come back to usa?
