I am a small cleaning business and have been in business for almost a year now. Most of my clients are referral based with some marketing that I do myself. One of my clients had their fleet maint mgr send me the invitation to bid on their cleaning contract of 65,598 sq ft. They are supplying all the cleaning supplies, want 6 days a week, requires a team of 4 cleaners, 24 executive offices, 2 conference rooms, then you have the sales offices, customer service, HR, IT room, mail room, file room etc. 2 employee breakrooms, 2 stairwells, 1 elevator, trash collection only, vacuuming, dusting, mopping, window cleaning (1st floor reception area only), buffing floors, wiping desk, clean out fridge every Friday.
I am insured and licensed. Can anyone assist me in this situation? I am based in Florida.
Best Regards.

My dog sitter owns a commercial cleaning service. I've been with her when she's bid on jobs. She tours the building with her Foreman and they write down what needs to be done, how long each facet of the job will take, and that includes getting supplies, cleaning up, every little thing. She then figures out the various hourly wages and prepares the bid. She got very badly burned one time bidding by the square foot.
Her contract is also very specific about what gets done weekly, daily, monthly.
