My husband has a 2002 electraglide ultra classic, he changed the oil today. It was running before he changed it but now it will not start. Has plenty of battery, and fuel. Engine light blinks once

Without troubleshooting, you could try removing battery for 10 seconds?
Check fuses, any Kill switches.
