Was wondering if anyone can tell me when I conceived?

LMP: Feb 26 2013

Dates of intercourse: Feb 26th, March 11 & 14, March 18th - Apr 1st.

Positive Test: Apr 8th

Ultrasound: Apr 19th

CRL Measurements: 0.27 cm

YS Measurements: 0.44 cm

ANY FEEDBACK will help... thanks much!

There's really no way to know the exact date you conceived. Ultrasounds are a best guess and can be off by 2 weeks either way (a total of 4 weeks). If this is a question of paternity the only way to determine the parentage is with a DNA test after the baby is born.

Good luck.

Doctors go by your last menstrual cycle, the average woman's ovulation date, and then uses a wheel to determine your due date, and possible conception date. There's really no way that the doctor can state as fact that you conceived on March 24.

When it comes to due dates, and conception dates, it's a best guess, not an exact science. Sadly, judging by the dates you had sex, if there were two partners either one could be the father. You'll have to have a DNA test after the baby is born. That's the only option.

You can determine an estimation of conception by size of the fetal pole etc.

And I really want to rule out FEB 26th... what's your thoughts on that?

I know you want to rule it out and everyone is going to have thoughts but it's not an exact science right up until DNA is performed.

Didn't your Doctor explain that?

You can't positively rule anything. If you are taking bets, I'll say it's not the date.

I've already told you my thoughts. The only way to determine paternity is with a DNA test. You can look at ultrasounds and guess as much as you want, but those are best guesses. There is absolutely no way to determine paternity other than a DNA test. That's the only option. There are no other options.

Good luck.
