My son was convicted and sentenced for probation violation. His age was listed incorrectly. Is this appealable>

No - the incorrect age doesn't change the probation violation UNLESS he's a juvenile, sentenced as a person of legal age.

IF he is released due to this error (and that isn't going to happen) the paperwork would be corrected and he would be re-arrested.
