Hi, I'm 18, never been on birth control, about to graduate from high school, and recently moved into my own place. My boyfriend and I have been seeing each other for about two years, and we rarely have unprotected sex, but when we do, we use the pull out method, I know this isn't right but we're young and stupid, my periods have been really irregular lately, but then March 15, the day I would "normally" get my period, mother nature came. It lasted about 3 days.. And now, April 30, I still haven't had my period. I've taken 4 HPT and they were all negative. I just got a promotion at my job to be a manager, so I'm wondering if maybe its all this stress causing my missed period. One thing I'd like to note is that I've gained exactly 26lbs since my last period. I'm a average girl, (I'm very athletic so I have muscle, usually at 145lbs and I'm 5'4.5") now I weigh 170+ every day I feel like I'm putting on more weight. I have been constipated and peeing very frequently.. But also, I'm becoming less hungry but I've been craving onions? I don't know.. I'm very confused and I don't know what to do. I sleep all day but I figure its because I have school from 7-3 and work 4-11 almost every day, and my day off I just sleep ALL DAY. No nausea, no pain besides my hips, my boobs grew, but that's normal, do you think it's stress or something more? I also forgot to add, I started taking diet pills about a month ago before I missed my period, so that might be a factor?

You've gained 26 pounds in a little more than a month? That would be the total weight gain for your entire pregnancy, if you were pregnant. That much weight gain in a month is unheard of. Are you sure of the amount?
We can't diagnose pregnancy by symptoms, as symptoms of pregnancy are also symptoms of many other things.
You'll have to wait until your period is at least 2 weeks late, then test using first morning urine. If that test is negative, wait until your next period is due, and test again if you miss it, or get a blood test done.
I would talk to our doctor about the excessive weight gain in such a short amount of time. That indicates that something is going on, not necessarily pregnancy.
Good luck.

So, I'm not sure if it was since my last period or before that, I don't track it, but I know for sure I haven't weighed this much ever! And I literally feel like I'm gained a pound a day

Weight gain isn't only a sign of pregnancy, there are many other reasons that you could be gaining weight.
The only sign of pregnancy that matters is a positive pregnancy test, or an ultrasound (in later pregnancy) confirming that you're pregnant. Pregnancy symptoms cannot diagnose pregnancy.
My previous advice stands.
Good luck.
