4'12 = 5'
jiggle, not giggle
you run "tdack" (track?) but you don't run?
At 90 pounds, you would look too thin. You are growing and your body needs good food. Are you eating good food? Have you talked with your doctor about your weight and if you need to lose any?

If you are 4'12" that means you are 5 feet tall even hon.
And, while your weight would suggest that you are at RISK of becoming over weight, You do not need to DIET at this point. At your age, the best thing you can do, is eat healthier, and do that run! Running is very good for you! I know how you feel, to feel like all running does is make everything jiggle. But do your best to ignore it, and just run!

You need to run, and walk, it is called exercise, and running will help exercise your thighs and other parts of body

Give it a year and all the weight you don't want will be gone. As you grow your body fat goes into the right places. I use to be the sameway.

Angeltri makes a good point, it is very common for preteens to go through a stage before teen years and puberty hits, that you gain some girth rather than as much height as before. Another year or so, and you will grow taller, and it will all balance out, breast for a girl, height for a guy, etc.
