Juice Diet
Can I do all my days juicing in the morning and refrigerate or does it lose vitamins etc once juiced?
How many glasses should I drink a day?
Any good recipes?
Thank you

BAD idea.
A balanced diet and physical exercise will achieve better results.

Juicing can be a balanced diet. A smoothie made of greens, fruits, seeds (like flaxseed), and whey protein isolate is a perfect meal replacement. In fact, because some of the hormones that American farmers give to their cattle are lipophilic, it's actually safer to ingest whey protein isolate than it is to eat a steak. Whey protein isolate has virtually zero fats, which means, zero growth hormone. If done correctly, the only true drawback is that a juice diet is boring.

Fruits and veggies begin to lose their nutrients once they are picked, so, juicing them in the morning isn't going to affect them differently.

Enough to keep you from being hungry.
Do not let yourself get hungry, because then your metabolism will slow down, which, is exactly what you don't want to happen when trying to lose weight.
As far as recipes, just Google them.
