I have had a job interview and I got the job. However, I met with a Lady who said they just have to do a finger print scan. She's aware of my DUI that I was convicted of, however I have several non convictions that I also got convicted of. These cases eventually were dropped with a fine or community service. Will these other cases show up on the scan and will I lose the job? She said one conviction and I'm fine. A previous DUI was non conviction.

Hard to say... FBI scan? That's going to show most anything that's ever happened to you.
And what is this that you speak of? "I have several non convictions that I also got convicted of."
How can that be possible?

They just said they are doing a finger printing scan and I live in Missouri. The job is for Northwestern Mutual. Basically I got a mip and a previous dwi but since it was my first offense he slapped me with community service and a fine and dropped it.

For a bank it's probably and FBI scan... they show most anything you've been through that's on record. How they show up is and how the company views them is what will matter.

I read California can't penalize an employer for a non conviction. Do you know how Missouri works?

Not sure. Someone that knows the law better than I do should come along soon.
