Hello,
I got married in the year 2005, me and my wife had an interview for the green card app in the immigration office on march 2006. The immigration employee (officer) held it for reviewing because we forgot to bring our passports to the interview... It means the app was held pending.
Months later we had some problems and decided to separate, and so we did, and I went back to my country because I had a lot of work and biz to take care of. Months later she dropped (revoked) this pending application (which I wasn't paying attention to, because I decided it was over)
Anyway, we decided these days to file for divorce, my question is:
1- What's better for me, to have her file for divorce from USA or I should file it from my country? I mean does it matter or show by any mean on the system if I apply one day for a visa to visit USA?
2- Does this cancellation of the application from her side make me look bad if I apply for a tourist visa in the future?
Thanks for help.
