Can my probation officer go to my girlfriend apartment and legally search her apartment to see if I am there if there is a no contact order between us two?

Yes, I think it's legal- if they had probable cause. But if I'm wrong someone correct me (I know there's a few lawyers out there somewhere). If you have a lawyer they would probably be the best person to ask, as they should know all the details related to your case.

I have to ask- if there's a no contact order, how do you know her house was searched? Did the probation officer tell you?

Her house was not searched I was just wondering if it was possible. Before the no contact order was implaced I lived there.

Hello c:

No, he can't search her house. But, if he thinks you're there, and you ARE, he'll catch you.

I hope you aren't planning to use her place to hide anything... they zero in on that all the time.

Correct. It's her place. Perhaps if OP still lived there. But since he doesn't, the PO would need a search warrant.
