Can I install 4 prewired reccesed lights in a ceiling and have the juntion boxes concealed ? Do I need to ad juntion boxes within 4 feet of the fixtures?

Junction boxes cannot be concealed.

so how are these lights installed?We would need to know what lights you are talking about to answer this. I have no idea what a pre-wired recessed light is.

Most all recessed lights do have junction boxers that remain accessible after installation.

The juntionbox is on the side of the light and will be concealed after the sheetrock is installed

Like I said, most all recessed lights do have junction boxers that remain accessible after installation. Aren't the cans themselves removable?
Like I also said, we have no idea until you tell us what fixtures you are talking about.
