Hi there
Ok so I've been undergoing some changes... or so I hope it to be only changes! I am 22years old!21 March, I had unprotected intercourse but he didn't ejaculate inside me, my period started 22nd March and ended up until 30-31 March. So that was normal, so I thought! Till I had protected intercourse on the 8th or 9th April, it was rough and lasted long, I ended up dry but we kept going, when we were done, I went to the loo and noticed burning when I urinate, itching and discomfort. The next day I went to the loo, I noticed a little slimy see through discharge with a little bit of blood, when I went to the loo after that about an hour so later, there was brown discharge, this went on for say 2-3 days, until it went all bloody, like a normal period, but lighter, too much for a panty liner, and toolittle for a tampon(I could use one tampon a day). This is been going on for about a week or more! During this first few months of the year, I've also noticed that I get hot flushes when its really hot,but now that winter is coming, it seemed to go away, and I had a nose bleed on the 2nd day of the brown discharge but I had the flu. Could this be just my hormones trying to balance with the environment changes and changes in my body because of change in weather conditions? I also have some pelvic pain, headaches and my neck feels kind of stiff, but I'm also stressing cause I'm almost graduating,(in 3 months) and I don't know if I'm ready to step into the big world and what I should do or where I should go! Could this be because of stress? Please help me... I gave all the info I could think of!

I'm actually new at this, what is clad? The itching, burning and discomfort only lasted for about 1. 1/2 days.. I couldn't be pregnant because it seems like it is too much discharge(brown and normal red) for implantation!

To the OP (original poster) we really can't diagnose online. You had sex, so pregnancy is a possibility, even if you had protected sex. It could be stress, it could be an infection, it could be because of the rough dry sex, it could really be anything.

The only advice we can give is to see a doctor if this is a concern.

Good luck.

Thank you for the help,I don't seem to have any other early pregnancy symptoms, I know it divers from person to person! I took 3 home pregnancy tests and they were negative! I'm not Trying to conceive, so I hope not! I forgot to mention that in February my diet changed, usually I don't eat a lot of junk food, but I was busy and never got the time to cook, so I started getting take-aways almost everyday?

The itching, burning and discomfort could mean clyminda = clad . As I had that and no if u haven't had sex then it will be just u coming on . But if u really think there's something really wrong then go to docs

A period can be off for many reasons, pregnancy is only one of them. Stress, change in diet (like you mentioned), weight loss, weight gain, exercise, and much more, can throw off your period. Isn't being female fun? ;)

Wait and see what happens with your next period. If you miss it, or it's late, wait 2 weeks then take a pregnancy test using first morning urine.

I can't say for a fact that you're not pregnant, I can't diagnose online, but if I had to guess, I'd say these changes are because of stress and changes in your lifestyle. But that's just a guess, and I can't stress that enough. I'm not a doctor, and even if I were, I couldn't diagnose online. So, if you're really concerned, seeing a doctor really is your best bet.

That helped... I just googled it, and it seems like the symptoms I have, although the period ain't that painful, but usually its not painful, I've noticed over a few years that I get one very painful period every year, but only once a year! Were your symptoms similar to mine?

I'm going to ask again, and then I'll be forced to start reporting your posts.

Text talk, chat speak, that short hand that teens use, is not allowed on this site. It's in the rules you agreed to when you joined the site.

Continuing to use text talk will result in your posts being removed, and possibly being banned from the site.

Please use full words and the best English you're capable of, but no more text talk. This site is free, we don't charge by the letter, so there's no reason not to write properly so that everyone can understand you. This is an international site, many people that come here barely understand English. Using text talk makes it even more difficult. Not to mention those of us that do not text and do not understand this non-language.

Thank you.

Ok so now that I've talked to someone I could pinpoint that I have a lot of stuff going on that could possible be the reason... the change in diet, stress about graduating, stressing about what I should do or where I should go(I don't feel like working yet.. travels sounds good!)Ok I know that pregnancy could be a possibility, but I don't think so because when the intercourse happened in March (unprotected) I know he didn't ejaculate inside me, he pulled out, so I gave him a hand to finnish off... And in April we used protection and always check the condom for holes or something when we're done! And I'm not on the pill!

Go in to a clinic or doctors and ask for a kit set so you can be tested. It was how I knew I did not know that I had it until I got tested.

Like I said, it really does sound like your period is just off, but I do have to say this, because it sounds like you're not aware of it. The pull out method doesn't work. The pull out method is basically trying to conceive. There are more than enough sperm in pre-ejaculate (the fluid that makes the penis slippery enough to insert into the vagina) to get you pregnant. All it takes is one sperm.

If you're using the pull out method as a form of birth control, you will get pregnant eventually.

I also have to say that condoms are the least reliable form of birth control. If used correctly the condom can have up to a 20% failure rate, and most people don't use a condom correctly.

It's best to use at least 2 forms of birth control, the pill and a condom, and even them, pregnancy is possible. There are women on this site, one is a labor and delivery nurse, so she knows how pregnancy happens, and how to avoid it, that have used more than 2 forms of birth control and got pregnant, not once, but twice. It happens.

If you're having sex, pregnancy is always a possibility. You should know that, so that you can better protect yourself.

Get tested, test if you miss your next period (pregnancy is still possible) and keep us posted.

In the meantime, eat healthy, stop stressing, and see if that helps. Remember, men aren't the only ones that don't understand women. When it comes to the crap women go through, even we can't understand ourselves, because our bodies really make no sense a lot of the time. ;)

I'm hoping it's nothing serious, and I'm hoping you take my advice about birth control, and read up about it, and how your body works. Don't ever trust the guy with birth control, and never ever agree to unprotected sex until you're ready to have a child. The pull out method is bull, and I seriously wonder if men invented it so they could talk women out of using condoms.

You wouldn't put a gun to your head and pull the trigger, so don't allows anyone to do it to you. Okay?

Good luck, and let us know what happens.
