In a demand for payment ICBC is named the creditor of a 173$ fine. I called ICBC and found out there was no outstanding. There is no phone# or a clear address in the letter allowing me to contact these people other than where to send money. This looks like a fraud attempt to me. Can you advise an appropriate course of action? Thanks in advance Drews
