I am not trying to be your English Teacher here but if you are serious about your pursuit, the term is Surrogate Mother.

Here are a few web sites that I have found. I do not have any personal experience in this and I am by no means stating these are good organizations. Please be careful and do your homework. Make sure that you do a thorough background check on anyone or any organization before signing a contract. Good Luck! :)

Hi, my name is Javon. I am 19 years old. I am white, healthy, and also a non smoker. I live in Lufkin, Texas. I have been thinking about being a seregant mother for about a years now. I realize I am young and that seems to be the problem with most agencies. But I assure you I am mature enough for a sitiaution like this. I am very interested in changing peoples lives and giving them the gife of life. :D

Javon - surrogacy is a very emotionally and physically challenging situation for a woman to be in, esp a young woman. I understand the want to help people, and maybe a sense of curiosity, but this type of decision is not meant to be taken lightly. There is a lot that goes into surrogacy, you can not just "become" a surrogate mom, you have to go through a rigorous mental and physical examination, and be accepted. I suggest researching this for a long while before making any decision. You have no idea how hard it is until you have been there.

Also in the future - you are better off starting a new thread than piggy backing off an old one.

Javon~ I am also 19 and I have considered looking into becoming a egg donor. Personally I don’t really think the thing is your age. A lot of surrogates change there minds after giving birth, and for a family that is unable to get pregnant, it would be truly heart breaking. They have already fallen in the with that child. To them its like a miscarriage. To me its sound like you really want to help and that is great, we need more people like that now a days. To be perfectly honest your first pregnancy should be your own. Its amazing what your body can do. And to really know the gift that your giving a family you should experience it yourself first. I to would love to help others with a family, but because I am so young and I'm unsure about being a surrogate, I am looking into becoming an egg donor. I think that would be great for you also... :)

Okay people, the term is "surrogate", not seragent, and if you people who say you have thought about this for years really had been, you would know the correct terminology. Usually when one thinks about something for years, they have read about it. Surrogacy is not something to be taken lightly. Oh, it's too early in the morning for this. LMAO
