Do the transparent spiders bite I recently cleaned and moved couch and cushions and two of the transparent spiders that night I slept on the couch and three bites on my hand just wondering do they bite

To answer your question, it's entirely possible that the bites are from spiders. Other biting insects that you might encounter sleeping on a couch would include bedbugs and mosquitoes. It's early in the year in the Northern Hemisphere for a lot of mosquito activity but they cannot be ruled out. If the bites were in a nearly straight line you should inspect the seams of the couch very closely for bedbugs.
