I am 82 kgs in weight, height 5.9 1/2, age 37yrs. I have 2 kids. About a yr ago I was 70 kgs. I have been going to the gym 5 times a week and working out for approx 45 minutes to 1 hr everyday. I have been gyming from the past 5 yrs. Initially I did loose my weight and came down to 70 kgs. But now after trying everything I have not been able to come down 80 kgs. I can't go on a crash diet as this puts me totally down and I can't do my usual activities with my kids. I am not much of a junk food eater or don't eat a lot of sweets but only on weekends do binge a little. I have never taken any pills but very keen to do so now as I feel my metabolism has gone low and the rate at which the fat burns is also gone low. Please suggest a good safe pill I can take. I have read about MEDORA, LIDA, METASLIM but very confused which one should I take. I don't have any kind of medical problem like blood pressure, thyroid or diabetes.

Nope, most don't work, waste of time and money. Others can have side effects.

You need to look at what the issue is, get a complete check up with your doctor.
Next sorry, stop the extra on the weekends and start looking at what you are eating,
Cut out processed foods, cut out canned veggies and most canned foods.
Cut down meat intake, All weight issues on healthy people can be controlled by diet and exercise
