My last period was Feb 26th and I'm having most of the pregnancy symptoms and urinating like ever 30 minutes but I took hpt @ 8 days late and it was negative. The day before yesterday I started spotting just a little and had lower back pain but then yesterday morning when I got up and went to urinate there was still just a very small amount of blood on my liner but when I wiped there was a long stringy type blood clot on the paper. What could that be ?

I stopped taking my because pills in oct 2012 and my period was 2 weeks late but since then they have been right on time . My husband and I are trying to get pregnant and now my last period was feb 26th . I have been having most of the pregnancy symptoms and have been needing to urinate like every 30 to 45 minutes . Yesterday late afternoon I started spotting very little and then it stopped and I got up several times in the night to urinate and there was no spotting but this morning I got up to urinate and there was very faint spotting on my liner but when I wiped there was a long strinky kind of blood clot on the tissue . Is that normal if pregnant ?
