I am on the depo but just got My first shot in feb. I was on antibiotics and I know it doesn't Cancel the shot but it can make it less effective. I had unprotected sex twice while on those. I didn't think I was pregnant but My abdomen Is tender, I have the pain in joints, and some náusea. All those just started within the past two days. I had sex just last weekend. And today I was running and I went to go to the bathroom and there was a little bit of the Brown discharge you get before a period but I'm not suppose to have My period until the last week in April or the first week in may.. and If I am pregnant Did running do anything? I also have back aches.

You had sex last weekend. It would be way way way too early for any pregnancy symptoms.

Could you be pregnant? Yes, any time you have sex you could get pregnant, even when using 3 or more forms of protection.

You'll have to wait until your period. If it's late wait at least two weeks, then test using first morning urine. A pregnancy test, either urine or blood, or an ultrasound in later pregnancy, are really the only way to diagnose pregnancy. Symptoms are useless.
