Inside my vaginal opening I have what seems to be fat pockets... Skin tag kind of things are the best way to explain them. I'm not sexually active nor have I ever been... Just concerned with this anatomy

Could be skin tags, when the doctor examines have you asked them?

I have not been to the doctor. I am not sexually active. They say as long as you are not you do not need to go until the age of 21. I am 20. It is just very lumpy inside is this normal?
