You having a baby will have nothing to do with it, most likely not even allowed in court. For not reporting, he will need to show why he could not, ill, in hospital, why he did not call and so on, a reason that is valid. If he just did not show up, because he did not want to, expect some jail time normally. For payment, he will need to show he will pay and be making payments prior to court to show his intent

Where we stayed at the time no public transportation was avail.. and we didn't have a car... probation office wasn't in walking distance either... he made.a total of prob between 100-150 about a year ago... he just gt a job in dec.. we didn't know the warrant was already issued... supposedly where he is (brazos county) it's the harshest and most racest... thats why I'm trying to appease the judge with anything I have avail.. is it possible they can give him house arrest, etc something that will release him..? Or even reinstate him... and he had. Also began his community service already

The fact that it wasn't in walking distance will not be an excuse that they will care to hear. They will also want to know why he didn't call and maybe explain he was having an issue with getting there. So it seems like since he decided he had no way to get there then he also decided it didn't matter and he had no need to let them know about it. This is not going to look good.

Hello miss:

I'm thinking a MINIMUM of 30 days in jail. Probation is NOT an ordinary bill, and NOT ordinary appointments. If you have to WALK, go. If you have to collect CANS, collect 'em.

He just did have a way to get there so. All he could do was.call and let his p.o. Kno.. thats it... so what would u think he would get... prison time? Jail time? House.arrest?

To excon.. really? U think 30 days that's it? That what I'm really hoping for... he has.already paid like almost 2000 just by sitting in jail since the 5th of march.. with it being 75.a.day
