I'm looking for a group who recorded "I Wasn't Born to Follow" in the early 1970's, or maybe the late 1960's. The first half of the song is a very strong piano backed by an orchestra, in the last half are added the voices of several men and women. I recorded it off the radio in 1973. I hope someone can help solve this riddle.

I'm thinking this is it. And this is a good site for any future music/song searches as well. Check this group, The City and Carole King, 1969 . allmusic ((( Now That Everything's Been Said > Overview ))) (http://www.allmusic.com/cg/amg.dll?p=amg&sql=10:bt6m967o3ep6)
Hope this helps,
