I am 19 days late but I had my tubes tied 3 years ago this month. I am peeing all the time, cramping like I am on my period but no period, tits hurt, headaces, heartburn, and tierd all the time. Could I be pregnant?

There is a failure sometimes in tubes being tied, where they cut and tied, or just tied?
Have you taken a pregnancy test yet?

They were just tied and I took a test from the dollar store like a week ago and it said not pregnant

How old are you?
Most likely you are not pregnant. Pregnancy post-tubal ligation typically results in an ectopic (tubal) pregnancy. If this were to occur you would be in such pain and a life-threatening situation prior to even being late for your period.

I am 25 and I will be 26 may 13. So you don't think I could be pregnant? What do you think it is then? Help please. I want a baby, me and my ex husband have 3 kids and me and my boyfriend of 3 years want a baby.

So I can't have a baby since I have had my tubes tied? I thought if they came untied that I could get pregnant

They can be untied, most likely you are not, a test a week ago would have been too soon

So if I don't start before April 3, I am going to get a good pregnancy test and see what it says. If I am having a tube pregnancy it would hurt really bad right. I am not hurting like that. I am just cramping like I am on my period

Most likely you are not pregnant. What it is, I can't tell you as I can't do the required testing over the internet.
There are tubal reversals, but they are not guaranteed to result in pregnancy and more times than not result in ectopic pregnancies.
If you had an ectopic pregnancy you would be in extreme pain. Enough so that you would rush to an emergency room.

When is the best time to test?

The best time to test is two weeks after the missed period using first morning urine.
First morning urine is the key to an accurate result.

Why am I late if I am not pregnant?

That could be any number of reasons. Stress, weight gain or loss, change in routine, hormonal shifts, etc.

OK I am going to take a test on Wednesday and I will let you know what it says.

Hormonal shifts can explain the changes, but you will need to see a doctor for that.
Just remember that it is not at all unusual for a woman to skip a period every once in a while, for no reason at all, during her lifetime no matter how regular she is.
