I have been searching for Docdtoral or PHD. Programs in Renewable Energy. I can not afford $24,800 per year of study at a university.
I have seen both positive and negative comments about AIU, yet they offer an affordable program.
If anybody knows of a university that is accredited and affordable, I would greatly appreciate a response.

Mexico

In July 2007, the Secretariat of Public Education (SEP) of Mexico issued an alert[27] listing eleven institutions that were unaccredited in Mexico: Atlantic International University, Pacific Western University, Endicott College, Alliant International University, United States International University, Newport University, Universidad Nacional de Educación a Distancia, Westbridge University, West Coast University, Bircham International University, and Vision International University.[28]

Thank you so much for your reply, I appreciate it. This then presents me with another problem: Where do I find an affordable university for a Doctorate degree in Renewable Energy.
I have covered the scientific side of renewable energy in my Masters degree through the University of East London and I would really like to take a shot at the engineering side.

Can anybody help?
