I have a friend hide some information from his PR application? He was deported from a country before, for a Residency visa reason( simple issue) during his studding but he did not wrote it in his application, now after he divorce his wife she report him to CIC and the federal secert socity however, he got messages from his wife declaring that she is the one who deleted these information from the application before she send it to immigration? Is that would be enough reason to deport him from Canada?! and his x wife could she go to prison for missleading the immigration? Since in here messages she is the one who advice him to delete the information he was deported before? Is there any thing he can do to fix it?
He got a child in Canada and paying child support, he got a good job, he is paying tax and has no creminal record during his 15 months staying in Canada?

He needs an Attorney - it doesn'tmatter what a third party included or didn't include. He signed the application, verified that it was true.

Yes, he could be deported.
