My husband is living with a person who is illegal and have no Statius in Canada. Can my husband get in trouble for hiding an illegal person.

I doubt he'd be in trouble for letting an illegal immigrant live with him. He can simply claim not to know the immigration status of his roommate. If he is harboring a criminal, yes, he can be in trouble for doing that.

Is this your current husband, and if so, isn't this person also living with you?

If you're separated, are you sure you're not just trying to look for ways to make unnecessary problems for him?

Check your motives for taking an interest.

Yes this is my current husband. And no we are not separate . I just found out this is a woman who he is cheating with. He is paying her rent and doing everything for her.

Hire a lawyer, file for legal separation if not divorce, and legally compell him to stop spending your marital estate (shared money) on this women. Her immigration status is irrelevant - you need to quickly secure your financial assets and legal rights.

File for legal separation or divorce. Her status has nothing to do with this issue.

No he will not get into any trouble, the government may ( or may not) do anything about her, even if reported, but you may report her.

He living with a person, legal or illegal, will have little to no bearing on divorce.

File and just get on with your life.
