Well I had some cooked salmon and used PAM cooking spray, so it wouldn't stick to the aluminum on the cooking pan.

I just looked it up and found that the propellant in it has alcohol.

Will this cause me to fail an ETG test?

The bottle didn't say anything about alcohol on it, so I figured it wouldn't be a problem.

This test seems like too many products could cause you to fail...

I was never told not to use PAM cooking spray.

Alcohol evaporates when heated (cooked) over 160 degrees. It just boils away.

Eating the food would not be an issue, if you breathed the fumes of the spray, or got a lot of the spray on your body to be absorbed

I wasn't the one that used the PAM spray, so I wasn't around the vapors. I ate the fish that was touching the tinfoil that had PAM on it.

The fish was fresh and had a lot of oils though, but fish only needs to be cooked to 140 degrees internally not 160 degrees.

I'm just trying really hard to avoid anything with alcohol in it, but this one isn't even labeled.

Thanks for the replies
