I sponsored my husband in jan2012 and once he arrived to canada and start working he dumbed me ( I have a son from him and he is paying child support) I found out he was deported from a country before for a fight during his school and he did not write that in the application, he did not even say he went to other country for studding! If I report him that he made a lie in his application is that would be enough to deport him?

Think again before you take action...

He is paying child support, which is good, if he's deported and does not pay, nothing you can do. Enforcing court order in another country is quite expensive.

It's true that lying for immigration benefits is a crime, but you may be included, conspiracy could put you in trouble as well.

Why not just move on... start a new chapter and be happy.
