Hi,

I am looking forward to immigrate to Montreal under the Quebec program, that is after having CSQ and PRV.

However, I would wish to move to Toronto after my landing process is complete in Quebec. I just wanted to know if this will not cause a problem in regards to my PR. Also, if I am able to make to move, where is it more appropriate for me to apply for my SIN card, in Ontario or Quebec. Will the authorities be able to trace my location via the SIN card once I start paying taxes and revoke my PR?

I would be very grateful if someone could shed some lights on the above.
