Hi, I have finished my 3 years of contract and I am already cancelled and I already consumed my 30 days staying here in Dubai, My company threatened me to go out the country in my last day. But I didn't leave the country because I didn't get my money from my company, Is it possible that they can file for me absconding case because of over staying here even I have big reason why I still didn't get out the country?? Otherwise, I file case in the ministry of Labour and I have appointment on 12 of March. Is there possibility also that they can file for me absconding if still we didn't solve the case in the labour? Please I need your reply. Thanks
