I'm 16 and planning on getting a part time job. I finished my extrajudicial sanctions last February 2012. I know that to get a job, they will do a background check on me, but will the employers be able to see my youth record?

They should no be able to see it, but they may call your parents, call references and more. The last thing you do is lie about it if asked on the application
