Texas does not allow many judgements on wages, if he is working in Texas, is there a physcial building and office in Texas, not headquarters ?
Do they withhold Mo state taxes ?
I am about 5 years old on Texas laws but previously they would not be able to garnish the wages

TX does not permit wage garnishment except for a limited # of situations (Texas Wage Garnishment Law | Nolo.com (http://www.nolo.com/legal-encyclopedia/texas-wage-garnishment-law.html)).
