Lot size is 11,125 sq.ft I know an acre is 43,560 sq.ft maybe a half is 21,780 sq.ft. Question is the lot size considered a normal size lot. Or is more than a normal lot size?

Normal size lot based on what standard?

Is there a normal sized lot... they come in all sizes. Literally.

You can go to the town hall and the deed department will show you the maps of the street to see what's the norm (although some might be grandfathered in), and tell you what's buildable or not, what the plot is zoned for. I've lived in cities where that was huge, but where I live now in the country, it might not even be buildable in the middle of town.

I guess it depends where you live. I have been told it is two lots.
Half/Whole/Half Thanks for the insight

My first house was a two family in a suburb of Boston on a 50 x 100 lot, just like every other house in every direction.
So you could easily have 2 lots.

On the street I live the lots vary from just over 10,000 sq feet to over 16,000 sq feet. Mine is 2nd largest...

In Georgia, one lot, is 1/2 acre, all the lots in my subdivision is that size, on my property in Missouri, in the older part of town, lot sizes are about 1/4 acre and go again to 1/2 in the newer subdivision.

In Atlanta, the city, lots are much much smaller.

There is no one size of a lot, it will deal with zoning and plot layout when the land was subdivided.

Thanks. The property appraiser office just confirmed that I have two lots. 1/2 1 and then another 1/2 in my district
