you have to post your method of solving for the rest questions by following this method.

let name the number as x
x + (1/7)x = 56
taking LCM as 7
(7x+x)/7 = 56
8x=56*7
x= 49

the second condition is
x - (1/7)x = y
taking lcm as 7
(7x -x) /7 = y
6x / 7 =y
y= 6x / 7
y=(6*47)/7
42

now try to solve the rest like this as you have the idea now
