I Have a Hampton Bay ceiling fan model #AC-552AL it has to light fixtures (1) at the top & (1) at the bottom. It was working fine. I replaced the light bulbs and now absolutely nothing works. Nor the fan nor either of the lights... Can you please help!

Do you have an electrical tester? Check and see if you have power at the wall switch. Do you use a remote control? If you do, is there any way the dip switches could have been moved? The light kit is attached to the fan with a couple of screws. You can disconnect the kit and check and see if the wiring harness is connected firmly. You've lost power and finding the bad connection can take time, especially if you have to check connections under the canopy at the ceiling (you'll have to remove the fan blades first (unless you have a down rod). Check for a blown fuse, or breaker on the fan's circuit. If simply wiggling things to change a bulb has caused everything to stop working one of the wire nut connections may be bad. Hope this was helpful.

The only problem is that the globe that came with the fan is too dark.
