Hello doctor.. I'm getting married very soon and my husband don't want to use condom during our first night as it will be the very first experience for both of us.. Also we don't want a baby near about 2 yrs.. So to avoid pregnancy, what are the ways (except the use of condom)? Will it be OK if I take a pill that day? Will it be totally safe?

First of all, there is no such thing as a "totally safe" method of birth control. If you plan on having sex with this man and you don't want to risk getting pregnant then don't have sex. There are measures you can take to reduce the odds of getting pregnant, but no form of birth control is 100%. The most you can do is...
1. Use a condom.
and/or
2. Use some form of birth control. (Which can include; oral pills, patches, vaginal rings, injectable contraceptives and intrauterine devices)
I would talk with your local pharmascist or doctor and ask what may be right for you. Every form of birth control has it's pros and cons. You may want to discuss these with someone who knows the products and get on one as soon as you can.

You should be discussing this with your OB/Gyn. He can prescribe methods of birth control, that, while not 100% do have a high degree of effectiveness. There is no ONE pill you can take for one day to prevent pregnancy.
