I had my tubes tied 3 yrs ago and I have always had a regular menstrual cycle but this time my cycle is late by 10 days , can I be pregnant?

Your chances of being pregnant are slim to none. I don't know how old you are but it's more likely you're beginning menopause or are just missing a period (this happens sometimes due to stress, diet, exercise and what not).

Seeing as I don't know why you had your "tubes tied" I suggest that if it was for a medical reason that you at least give your doctor a call. Especially if you miss more periods in the future or have any type of fullness or pain in your abdominal area.

I think it's safe to say you are not pregnant. You need an egg for a pregnancy and since your tubes are tied the egg can't meet the sperm like it normally would.

You're a bit young for menopause, but like I said some people miss periods every now and then.
If it doesn't come say in the next week or so and you're still worried then call the doctor. Or you can wait until your next cycle. It's up to you, but if it doesn't come and it's continuously "unpredictable" you do need to see a doctor.
