My 8 yr old daughter is having a vaginal discharge that requires a pany liner. Is this normal? Should I take her to obgyn?

All girls produce discharge and some produce it younger than others. Increase her fluid intake, try not to use scented stuff in the bath and monitor the amount of sugar she is intaking. Try thrush cream for her and avoid her wearing trousers and only wear cotton underwear. When using cleaning products in a bath, let her sit in the bath and have her get out immediately after washing her hair and body to prevent any of the soaps from lingering as well.

It is basically her body's way of cleaning itself
