I am a female I am 27 years old.. in Aug. 2010 I had my gallbladder removed due to gallstones... I am having sharp intense pain under my ribs it doesn't raidiate to any other part of my body . It stays in this area... The pain comes and goes... The pain only last for a few seconds to almost a full minute... The pain is so bad it brings be to tears and when it doesn't let up I am crying like a baby in pain... Is it possible itget gallstones after having my gall bladder removed... Should iI go to the ER or is it OK to wait until Monday to my regular Dr... My urine and bowel movements are all normal no change in frequency or color... No fever no nausea or vomiting... Not sure what to think

No, no gallstones.
Of course the pain could be totally unrelated to the surgery. It could be referred pain from somewhere near by. If it is related to the surgery, most likely it would be adhesions, or scar tissue, that was either slow growing or it just now is in the way of a nerve.
The WORST kind of thing to treat because surgery to take out scar tissue just creates more.
But obviously you need to be seen. ER or Monday? I won't advise.
Some people scar a lot more than others. I do. Not a single stitch mark ever disappears, even after 50 years. I broke a finger about 15 years ago at the middle joint, and although lumpy at first, it just in the last year got noticeably lumpier. That's probably calcium deposits more than scar tissue, but it's an indication of how slowly these things can work.
