So last August I had a friend dye my hair and it came out lookong awesome, but I don't want to have to pay her another $40 to do it again, so I have light hair its strawberry blonde amd its already been bleached the first time, and I want to dye the bottom half of my hair Fuschia where the other color was. My question is do I need to re-bleach my hair, and do I meed to use developer/peroxide to mix it or can I just use conditioner. The hair dye I will be using is color brilliance brights by ion. I'm new to dying my own hair so it would be greatly appreciated for some help (:
