Virginia eviction process, I have a girlfriend that needs to go. How can I get her to go? I own the property and she agreed to pay the utilities which haven't happen. She said that she was leaving about 30 days ago and each time it gets extented. What can I do?

We don't have a written agreement but she gets mail there and been in the home for 7 months

She is considered a resident and has to be evicted. Give her a written notice to vacate within 30 days. If she doesn't you will have to go to courtfor an eviction order.
