In our 9th grade art class we have to create some sort of makeup design and then you have to do it on yourself for homework. I can barely apply eyeliner, so I really don't know how I'm going to do it but I am using this tutorial (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ldJbJvDj6Bo)to help. (My theme is based on butterflies)
My problem is I don't have much make up, and the eyeshadow palette I have, does have a lot of colors but is not very pigmented so there is quite a lot of fall out. I don't want to spend a load of money buying a new one though, when I will never use it again.
Please could I have some suggestions for inexpensive makeup and brushes that I could use, but that are still OK quality.

I'd go to the local dollar store (or similar) and inexpensive products - you are going to use them only once, right?
