Nail clippings test positive for 90 days. If you drank within 90 days, yes, you "should" test positive. Again, it depends on the type of test. I have no way of knowing - nor do you, probably - which test protocol was used.

Thank you again. And the only thing we were told was 5panel drug + EtG. And they only took the nail clippings weighed them and sent them out. I'm scared because I wasn't supposed to drink. And this was a surprise test. I've never been in trouble for drinking but it's a probation rule and I have a beer or two only on holidays or special occasions. I know now to just follow my rules,no matter if I'm old enough to enjoy a beer with a meal. So I learned but am sure my probation will be revoked, and I will be sent to prison.
