I have a fairly large cyst or lump between my upper vagina and thigh. It started painless until I tried to squeeze it. Now it is very sore and painful.

You should not have tried to 'squeeze' it (maybe you mean 'squease')?
See your doctor, we don't diagnose on the Internet.

Tickle, what does squease mean?
I think that the OP tried to squeeze it, in other words, pop it, like a pimple.
To the OP, it's not a good idea to deal with this on your own. If you squeeze it, you can introduce germs into the wound, which can cause an infection. It's best to have this handled by your doctor.

Squease, to put pressure on something, as trying to 'pop it; can it be spelled two different ways? Is this an issue?

Not for me, but you did correct the OP. If it can be spelled two different ways (I haven't found the "squease" version in any dictionary yet, still looking) then her spelling should have been okay, instead you corrected it. So I was wondering if it meant something else, other than the version the OP wrote.

Alty, you are correct, I am wrong. Squeeze it is, apologies to the OP ! However, 'squease' is actually a pressure vessel used in hydraulics, and is a noun.

No worries. I thought for a minute I was losing my mind, and that there were two spellings.
Pressure vessel, interesting. Now we know. :)
