Still a virgin when I had unprotected sex last christmas 2012. Four times I had sex when I had spotting January 9, 2013 then 9 days after I had heavy bleeding for almost a week, it was January 18 and we thought it was a miscarriage because I was infused with an antibiotic Ciprobay for they thought I'm weak because of UTI. But its not. After I had unprotected sex again January 29 just once and followed by a heavy bleeding with clots for only 2 days on Feb 8. Why too early and short? I'm 28 days cycle. I don't understand if it is my period or what. Now I got so many pimples on my face, chest, back and head. Please help me. Thank you

I'm confused. If you had sex, you are no longer a virgin.

Yes I mean I was a virgin when he got me last christmas so its possible to get pregnant easily with an unprotected sex. But I don't understand now if its it's a period because it lasted just for 2 days and too early. Thanks!

If you were pregnant and had heavy periods with clotting, you likely had a miscarriage. Some spotting with pregnancy is within the range of normal, but it is normally very light and usually doesn't last more than a month or two.

I am concerned that you are having unprotected sex as an unmarried woman in a country which persecutes and prosecutes women who have sex outside of marriage. I am concerned for your life if you continue taking such chances.

Are you being raped by this person? Can you get away? Can you go to a Western embassy such as British, American or from a Scandanavian country and ask for asylum if you are being raped? Are there any international organizations which would maintain your confidentiality and provide you with a medical check up, perhaps by a woman doctor?

The clotting and acne can also be signs of another condition such as endometriosis. It can cause a lot of blood loss and threaten your fertility as well as your life if it is not managed to control the heavy bleeding. I am worried about this problem of not having access to medical care until you are married - is there any reasonable way around it?

Thank you for your answer and concern. Actually he is my boyfriend but we're not married for some reasons that's why its hard. Still finding some hospitals or clinic which can be confidential. Thank you, for now I have some ideas of what's happening with me. Either it was a miscarriage or problem in my reproductive health. I'll do research about endometriosis as what you've said.

You can research but you will not be able to diagnose yourself. There are other conditions that can also cause the same symptoms like polycystic ovaries, as well.

Can you and your boyfriend get married? Can you at least stop having sex until you get married? I am very worried by the risk you are taking.

You need to wait and also see if you have your next period or not. If you miss this next period, it may still be a pregnancy.

In your country, you need to stop sex, until you are married for your own protection
