I have noticed a dark brown mark/sport on penis glands near the tip. It doesn't hurt, itch or have any discharge, but just looks unsightly. It has been there for a while but does not appear to have got any larger. Anyone any ideas?

Have a doctor look at it. IF he's not concerned about it, than you shouldn't be either.
