I login and get started and it locks up and sometimes it will start working again for a few seconds. I have tried disableing my firewall and antivirus. I have a DSL connection.

Call Tech support for TurboTax.
If they cannot help, use TaxAct, which I believe is a just-as-good product with a better pricing strategy.
