I have been growing ny hair out for about 3 years and yet my hair is still the same length. I use hair mayonnaise leave in conditioner olive oil I wear sew in weaves and besides and I use tea tree oil I did perm it recently but I put in the olive oil leave in conditioner soon after. I have purchased vitamins and nothing is working. I'm not under any stress and I drink plenty of water and eat plenty of food that is enriched with protein. I get my hair trimmed every 3 month's and its still at the same length. This is very frustrating for me since in only 23 please help

If you are getting it trimmed every three months... then its growing or it would be getting shorter.

Nothing you can put ON your hair will make it grow faster...

Hair grows about 1/2" a month (thats 1/2" if its straight) That is 6 inches a year if it spoker straight. If you have typical afro-american hair... that 1/2 curled up isn't very long (even tripled for three months)... and you literally ARE likely getting it cut as fast as its growing.

It's what you eat that counts, not what you plaster on your hair. Smoothy is correct -- you are probably cutting off most of the amount your hair has grown.

Take 4,000-8,000 vitamin D gels per day. Also, there's a reputable hair-growth product called Viviscal, take two tabs a day, but it's very pricey. You might want to try it for one month to see if it helps. Amazon and drugstore.com sell it.
