When I set the washer to warm or hot, it still pours cold water into machine.

Make sure the cold water valve is open, the screen isn't plugged. Also make sure that the washer has a hot water function, some new washers are cold only.

Thanks. This washer is 30 years old and has worked fine. It just recently started doing this. I thought it might possibly be a switch or relay.

Could be CW solenoid. I'd check the screen on the CW hose connection.
